I’m Christina Brodie, an author, artist and musician. This site features some of my more “edgy” work, which was produced from between 2015-2025. I developed a style of working  in UV paints on canvas and paper, and experimented with my approach to drawing and digital media. 

 

The surname “Crimari” is one of my author pseudonyms, and since 2021, I’ve self-published over 20 titles on Amazon. Subjects include, but are not limited to: art, travel, music, novels, poems, autobiography and more:

Perhaps fittingly, 2015-2025 marked the time of my midlife and what was, for me, a severe menopause. Amongst other things, I also lost 4 family members in the space of 5 years. Revisiting some of my pronouncements made during that time has decided me to leave this material online as a sort of time capsule, if only to remind myself of that which I was going through, and to enable myself to move forward.
